What do you need for an accurate quote?
Your event date, start and end time, venue or city, event type, and which of the two packages you’re considering. Include specialty requests in the same inquiry.
Does Digital Only include prints?
No. Digital Only sends photos by text and does not include physical prints. Choose The UrOn Photos Experience for unlimited sessions with prints.
Can I add more time?
Yes, when availability allows. Additional service time is $175 per hour for either core package.
Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Yes. Setup and breakdown are handled by UrOn Photos and accounted for in the proposal rather than billed as separate client-facing line items.
What about a 360 Booth or multiple booths?
Those are custom requests. Send the event details and the requested services so the proposal can be built around the actual event.
When is the date officially booked?
The proposal, contract, deposit requirements, and payment schedule are confirmed for the specific event. The date is officially booked once the required booking terms are completed.
